I recently bought a car from this dealership, and my experience with them has been excellent. We arranged to view the vehicle with Shane, and when we arrived, we were given plenty of time to have a good look around and make sure it was the right fit for us. Shane was very welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had.
We decided to put down a deposit that day and waited while they carried out a fresh MOT and service. Shane even replaced a faulty storage door inside the vehicle for us, which I really appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future!

I was looking for a car for my wife online and there was the car in Suttons of Maidstone I phoned up and spoke to Joe and arranged to go and see the car and really it was Joe's professionalism and friendly approach when we met him we loved the car and decided to collect it the next day Joe gave it a new MOT and when we went to pick the car up it had been washed and looked great the signing of the paper work was done the whole process was stress free the owners manual which I forgot to take was even posted to me I think that anyone wanting to purchase a new car JOE SUTTONS is the place to go without a doubt and I recommend them highly .

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable garage. I knew what car I was looking for and found it at this garage. After some great communication and a detailed walk round video, we travelled over 3 hours (over 150 miles) and was definitely not disappointed. Lovely guys, excellent customer service and the care and attention they have given my vehicle, is spot on and I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Really pleased with the service the team provided. I dealt with David & found him really approachable, gave me exactly the information I needed with little jargon, which I appreciated.
The car was ready for a test drive when I arrived. I was even able to check my childs car seat fitted before I made a decision.
The car needed a few bits done & they managed to get it ready for collection within a week.
All round an excellent service.

Just had a very good experience selling my car to Shane at Joseph Sutton.
Good communication throughout, agreed a price after sending photos. The agreed price was better than what was offered by Webuyanycar. Dropped the car off a couple of weeks later and it only took about 15 minutes to complete the transaction. A quick check around the car and test drive, then the agreed payment was in my account immediately.
Hassle free and transparent experience dealing with a friendly and professional local business. Highly recommend them for selling your car to.

The service is impeccable, they genuinely care and not once have we ever felt under pressure. Our first car developed a small problem that was fixed under warranty really quickly and without quibble. Went here to look at a couple of cars, but didn't let them know we coming. Despite this we were shown the cars I specifically wanted to see and were given the keys to have a good look around them. My arriving without ringing ahead did mean that the group that had called ahead were rightfully given more attention. However, I was able to see the cars I wanted and got the information I needed.
Unfortunately on this occasion the car I liked was sold before I got myself organised. My fault not the sellers. When I am looking in the future this is on my lost for places worth taking the time to visit.

Although I've only just bought this car, my first from this company, I will definitely go back when it's time to start looking for another.
Can wholeheartedly recommend Joseph Sutton Motor Co. Although its not your usual car dealer scenario, being located out in the middle of the Kent countryside, many larger car dealers could learn a lot from this friendly, no hassle company. As my review title says - Buy with confidence.

My thanks to Joe for an entirely problem free purchase of a good quality second hand car, supported by a reasonably priced three year warranty.
I've been buying cars for over 30 years and get wearied and irritated very quickly now by car dealers spouting guff and patently trying to rip me off - several of whom I met just before I met Joe.
Joe makes a very refreshing change. He's straight-forward and as good as his word. The cars are fairly priced and well presented. I will buy cars here in future even though it's quite a distance from my home.

Was met at the local train station by Shane in the Toyota Hilux I had come to view. Their premises is set in the idyllic Kent countryside with their stock safely secured under cover in a large barn/garage structure. The hospitality was first class with the transaction conducted in their new office building with tea/coffee available.
